Resident Announces Exclusive Partnership with Empire State Realty Trust to Host Private Culinary Events Across Its Iconic Portfolio
Landmark collaboration brings Resident's chef-driven experiences to Empire State Realty Trust properties, including the Empire State Building and One Grand Central Place
Resident, the culinary platform known for its chef-driven experiences across New York City, today announced a partnership with Empire State Realty Trust (NYSE: ESRT), a NYC-focused REIT that owns and operates a portfolio of well-leased, top of tier, modernized, amenitized, and well-located office, retail, and multifamily assets. The partnership grants Resident access to host private events across ESRT's portfolio of distinctive properties, most notably the Empire Lounge at the Empire State Building, the Rooftop at 1333 Broadway and the Townhall at 1400 Broadway.
Through this collaboration, Resident will bring its network of celebrated chefs and culinary talent into some of New York's most iconic and architecturally significant spaces, offering clients an unmatched combination of world-class cuisine and legendary settings for private dinners, corporate events, and bespoke culinary experiences.
