Amphenol Raises Quarterly Dividend by 52%

Amphenol's board has raised the company's quarterly dividend by 52%, to 25 cents a share from 16.5 cents.
The new payout, equal to $1.00 a year, represents an annual yield of about 0.8% based on Tuesday's closing price of $124.44, up from 0.53%.
The Wallingford, Conn., maker of electrical, electronic and fiber-optic connectors and interconnect systems, antennas and sensors on Wednesday said the increased dividend is payable Jan. 7 to shareholders of record Dec. 16.
