WiseTech Executive Chair's Alleged Share Trades Prompt Police Visit

By Stuart Condie

SYDNEY--Australian police executed a warrant on WiseTech Global's Sydney office in search of documents regarding alleged share trading by the logistics-software provider's executive chair.

WiseTech on Tuesday said that federal police and officers from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission visited the office Monday.

"They executed a search warrant requiring the production of documents regarding alleged trading in WiseTech shares by Richard White and three WiseTech employees during the period from late 2024 to early 2025," WiseTech said in a statement.

"So far as WiseTech is aware, no charges have been laid against any person and there are no allegations against the company itself."

WiseTech said that it would fully cooperate with any investigation.
