Corby Spirit & Wine Names Pernod Ricard Executive Florence Tresarrieu as CEO

Corby Spirit & Wine appointed Florence Tresarrieu as its next president and chief executive, succeeding Nicolas Krantz who will take on new responsibilities at parent Pernod Ricard.
Tresarrieu, a Belgian national, spent has been with Pernod Ricard since 2019 and as the French distiller's global senior vice president of investor relations, treasury and cash performance played a role in shaping financial, Corby said.
The Canadian producer of spirits including J.P. Wiser's whiskey, Polar Ice vodka and Lamb's rum, said Tresarrieu's combination of strategic insight, operational leadership, and stakeholder fluency positions her well to lead the company. Krantz will assist Tresarrieu with her transition into her new role in the months ahead, it added.
Tresarrieu will become a Corby director effective Jan. 1, while Claude Boulay will resign from his role as a Corby director at the end of 2025 but will continue as a consultant to Pernod Ricard, which owns more than 50% of Corby's voting shares. Krantz will remaining on Corby's board as a non-executive director following Boulay's departure.
