London Stock Exchange Group said it agreed to provide access to data licensed through its products to ChatGPT users and enterprise clients.

The stock-exchange and financial-information company said Wednesday that the agreement would begin with a phased rollout focused on LSEG Financial Analytics. Then, it will expand access to additional data and functionality, LSEG added.

The agreement will also allow LSEG's workforce to use ChatGPT Enterprise. Initially, 4,000 LSEG employees are expected to get access to the product, in order to improve their workflow and boost productivity, the company said.
