RTX's Raytheon Reaches $200 Million Agreement With TTM Technologies
By Amira McKee
RTX's missile and defense unit Raytheon and TTM Technologies have reached a three-year contract potentially worth $200 million with the goal of accelerating production and reducing costs.
As part of the agreement, TTM Technologies will provide radio frequency assemblies, electronic hardware, and printed circuit boards for Raytheon's lower tier air and missile defense sensor, for which TTM designs, manufactures and tests the beam forming network, printed wiring boards, and specialized assemblies.
TTM's aerospace and defense sector president Catherine Gridley said the multi-year contract will help TTM invest in capacity and increase value for customers and tax payers.
"This directly aligns with the Department of War's emphasis on strengthening supply chains and accelerating delivery of urgently needed capabilities," Gridley said.
