Experian Launches $1 Billion Buyback
By Elena Vardon
Experian announced a $1 billion buyback program, which it intends to start immediately.
The credit-reporting agency on Friday said that the program, through which it aims to reduce the number of shares in issue and meet the obligations arising from its employee share plans, will end no later than June 30, 2027.
"We continue to trade strongly underpinned by our strategic execution and we expect to end this financial year in a favourable leverage position," the London-listed company said.
