Volvo to Propose Re-Election of Board Chairman

Volvo said it would propose re-electing board chairman Par Boman as well as several other board members.

The Swedish truckmaker said its election committee would make the proposal at the company's annual general meeting on April 8.

The company said the committee would also propose the re-election of board members Bo Annvik, Jan Carlson, Eric Elzvik, Martha Finn Brooks, Kurt Jofs, Martin Lundstedt, Kathryn V. Marinello, Martina Merz and Helena Stjernholm.

Matti Alahuhta won't stand for re-election.
