Rolls-Royce to Announce Buyback of More Than $1.35 Billion, Sky News Says, Citing Sources

-- U.K. engine-maker Rolls-Royce is poised to announce a share buyback program worth more than 1 billion pounds ($1.35 billion) and up to 1.5 billion pounds alongside its annual results Thursday, Sky News' Mark Kleinman reports on his blog, citing unnamed sources.

-- The program will be announced on top of the company's final dividend, he writes in a Sunday blogpost.
