Linde Boosts Quarterly Dividend by 6.7%

Linde is raising its quarterly dividend by about 6.7% to $1.60 a share, up from $1.50 a share.

The new payout, equal to $6.40 a year, represents a 1.3% annual yield based on the company's Monday closing price of $498.19.

The increase is the industrial gases and engineering company's 33rd consecutive annual dividend boost, it said.

The dividend will be paid on March 26 to shareholders of record as of March 11.
