Southwest Airlines Gets $500 Million Credit Facility From BNP Paribas

Southwest Airlines received $500 million in credit from BNP Paribas that matures in 2029.
The loan facility, which is backed by an interest in certain aircraft and related assets, also allows for up to $500 million in additional loan commitments.
The loans carry interest at the term secured overnight financing rate plus 1.1% per year or at an alternate base rate plus 0.1% per year.
