Delivery Hero Shareholders Discuss Stake Sale, Bloomberg Reports, Citing Sources
--Delivery Hero's largest shareholder is considering selling a stake of some 10% to another major shareholder, Aspex Management, Bloomberg reports, citing unnamed sources.
--Dutch investment firm Prosus has held talks with Hong Kong-based Aspex, in a deal that would see the latter replace Prosus as the German food-delivery group's largest shareholder, Bloomberg reports.
--Spokespersons for Prosus and Aspex declined to comment to Bloomberg.
