Experian Names Adam Crozier as Next Chair
By Elena Vardon
Experian appointed Adam Crozier to replace Mike Rogers as chair upon his retirement this summer.
The credit-reporting agency on Tuesday said that Crozier, who currently chairs BT Group and Kantar Group, will join the board as an independent nonexecutive director and chair designate on May 12.
Crozier is an experienced FTSE 100 chief executive with experience across several sectors, previously chaired Whitbread and ASOS, and served as a nonexecutive director of Sony Group Corporation, the London-listed Experian said.
He will succeed Rogers, who will step down after seven years in the position after the group's annual general meeting on July 22, it added.
