Anheuser-Busch Lifts Investment in U.S. Manufacturing to $600 Million

Anheuser-Busch is bumping up investment in its U.S. operations to $600 million over this year and next as it looks to bolster its breweries.
The maker of Michelob Ultra, Busch Light and Budweiser said the investment will strengthening its manufacturing operations, while also creating sustainable careers at the company. That includes providing technical skills training and support hiring veterans.
Anheuser-Busch said it will advance technology systems, support its workforce and supply chain through various campus upgrades, and increase production and packaging capabilities for brands such as Michelob Ultra. The company said it will open 15 new technical skills training centers at its operations facilities across the U.S.
