Thales to Fast-Track Delivery of Combat-Proven Vehicles to Netherlands
By Nina Kienle
Thales said it received an urgent request to fast-track the delivery of Bushmaster protected mobility vehicles to the Dutch armed forces.
The French aerospace-and-defense company on Thursday said it would work with the Australian army to accelerate the production and delivery of the vehicles, which are to protect soldiers in high-risk environments. Bushmaster vehicles are manufactured in Australia.
"Bushmaster vehicles will be supplied in the latest configuration with enhanced systems and features to meet the needs of the Royal Netherlands Army," Thales said.
