CACI International Gets $308 Million Technology Contract From Veterans Affairs
By Connor Hart
CACI International received a six-year technology contract valued at up to $308 million to modernize the Department of Veterans Affairs' financial management systems.
Under the contract, the defense contractor said it will operate and maintain the VA's existing enterprise resource planning platform, as well as its integrated financial and acquisition management system.
At the same time, CACI will work to replace decades-old financial infrastructure with modern systems, increasing efficiency, productivity, agility and flexibility across tasks including accounting, financial management, acquisitions and reporting.
"CACI is a leader in bringing proven financial efficiencies to the federal government to help agencies achieve greater transparency, audit readiness, and mission accountability," Chief Executive John Mengucci said.
