Pernod Ricard Finance Chief Leaves for Chanel
By Joshua Kirby
Pernod Ricard said a new finance chief will take over later this year, with the incumbent set to move across Paris to fashion powerhouse Chanel.
The French distiller, owner of a host of spirits brands including Absolut vodka, Jameson whiskey and Martell cognac, said current executive vice-president of finance Helene de Tissot will on Oct.1 hand over the reins to Mauve Croizat, a long-standing executive at the group. De Tissot, who has served in the role for eight years, will become chief financial officer at Chanel, one of the France's biggest luxury-fashion companies.
"Mauve is a proven strategic and operational leader with a track record of building highly successful teams," Pernod Ricard Chief Executive Alexandre Ricard said.
Croizat will serve as deputy CFO from next month until the handover is complete, the company said.
