Ferrovial to Delist From Euronext Amsterdam in September

By Sarah Sloat

Ferrovial plans to delist from Euronext Amsterdam in September, citing the increasing concentration of liquidity on the Nasdaq and the Spanish stock exchanges.

Euronext Amsterdam approved the delisting request and Ferrovial's last trading day is set for Sept. 10. The delisting is expected to be effective Sept. 11.

The infrastructure group said Euronext Amsterdam, where it listed three years ago, accounts for just 0.15% of the company's total average daily trading volume.

Ferrovial will remain listed on Nasdaq and the Spanish stock exchanges, it said.
