Bending Spoons Shares Fall After FY26 Revenue Outlook Misses Estimates

Shares of Bending Spoons fell after the technology company's fiscal year revenue outlook missed estimates.

The stock was down 19% to $39.85 in recent trading, and fell 1.6% since the start of the year.

For the fiscal year, the company behind Eventbrite and Vimeo forecast revenue between $2.78 billion and $2.82 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet are expecting $2.90 billion.

For the third quarter, the company forecast revenue between $733 million and $745 million. Analysts polled by FactSet are expecting $738.7 million.

Bending Spoons posted second-quarter net income of $177 million, or 28 cents a share, compared with $65.3 million, or 11 cents a share, a year earlier.

Revenue more than doubled to $704.2 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $682.8 million.
