Equinor to Provide Norwegian Crude to Polish Refiner Orlen Under New Agreement
By Adam Whittaker
Norway's Equinor said it would supply Polish refiner Orlen with crude oil under a new three-year agreement.
Equinor said Thursday it would supply crude from the Johan Sverdrup field on the Norwegian continental shelf. The deal terms weren't provided but the agreement allows for between 5 million metric tons to over 9 million tons of oil a year.
The agreement includes provisions that could see Equinor provide other crude grades from elsewhere on the Norwegian continental shelf.
