Minerals 260 Agrees to a Further $143 Million Funding Package With Franco-Nevada

Minerals 260 said it has agreed to a further funding package with Franco-Nevada valued at 200 million Australian dollars, equivalent to US$143.4 million.

Franco-Nevada will pay A$170 million to increase its royalty over Minerals 260's Bullabulling gold project in Western Australia by 1.45%, to 3.90%, the company said Monday.

The Canadian royalty and streaming giant has also confirmed it intends to subscribe for A$30 million in a future equity raising, Minerals 260 said.

"This brings Franco-Nevada's total investment in Minerals 260 to A$420 million since its initial investment of A$220 million in February 2026, representing Franco-Nevada's largest ever commitment to a project in Australia and one of its largest ten investments globally," the Australian company said.
