Costco Expands Delivery on Uber Eats to More States

By Kelly Cloonan

Costco Wholesale and Uber Technologies are growing their partnership, offering delivery from the membership warehouse club in more states.

Costco members will now be able to order delivery of Costco products via the Uber Eats platform in 47 states, up from 17 previously, the companies said Wednesday. Nearly 600 Costco locations are now available on Uber Eats, they said.

"Our nationwide partnership demonstrates the scale and opportunity Uber can bring to retailers looking to meet more of consumers' everyday shopping needs," Uber President and Chief Operating Officer Andrew Macdonald said.

With the expansion, the companies are also offering Costco members benefits like discounts on Uber's subscription service and gift cards.
