Hikma Pharmaceuticals Picks ViiV Healthcare's Rebecca Hall as CFO
By Michael Hennessey
Hikma Pharmaceuticals named ViiV Healthcare's Rebecca Hall as chief financial officer after a leadership reshuffle.
The London-listed pharmaceutical company on Thursday said Hall would join in the first quarter of 2027.
Hall is senior vice president and CFO at ViiV Healthcare, the HIV pharmaceutical company that is majority owned by GSK in a joint venture with Japan's Shionogi.
In February, Khalid Nabilsi stepped down as CFO of Hikma to become deputy chief executive officer in North America and Europe. This was part of a wider leadership reshuffle after Hikma reappointed Said Darwazah as chief executive in December 2025.
Areb Kurdi will continue as acting CFO until Hall joins, Hikma confirmed. Previous CFO Nabilsi will step down from the board at the end of 2026, but will continue to serve on the executive committee in his role as deputy CEO.
