British American Tobacco Bets on New Nicotine Products in 2030 Strategy

By Aimee Look

British American Tobacco is betting on high revenue growth for its vape and oral products segment in a new 2030 strategy.

The cigarette and vape maker, which houses the Kent, Lucky Strike and Vuse brands, said it expects revenue for new category products to grow by the mid-teens through to 2030.

It also expects its contribution margin for the segment to reach at least 30% by 2030, with a focus on premium products and improving mix and scale.

For 2026, the company said it is on track to deliver the lower end of 3%-5% revenue growth, and 4%-6% adjusted profit from operations growth.
