From the price targets, it seems that the analysts believe Dollar Tree and Dollar General are now fully priced. Then again, analysts working for brokerage firms typically set 12-month price targets.

One year might be a short period for a committed long-term investor - especially one who expects consumers to continue to focus on finding bargains.

For the near term, six of the 11 stocks have majority buy or equivalent ratings, and the price targets imply 12-month upside potential of as much as 31% for Burlington.
