Figma Tees Up Pricing of $25-28 Per Share in Closely Watched IPO
The highest end of the range would make Figma the third-biggest IPO at debut so far this year.

Design software company Figma has set its tentative IPO pricing at $25-$28 per share, per a regulatory filing. This would give the stock a fully diluted market cap of $14.6 billion-$16.4 billion.
While this range would put the company above the $12.5 billion valuation at the time of its tender offer last year, it’s also below the $20 billion Adobe ADBE planned to pay to acquire the company before the deal was called off in late 2023.
Figma plans to market 12.47 million shares, raising $349 million in proceeds at the top of the price range. Stockholders are offering 24.46 million shares, which would garner them $684.88 million at the top price.
The highest end of the range would make Figma the third-biggest IPO at debut so far this year, after CoreWeave and Circle, and could heat up the IPO market for the latter half of 2025. VCs hoped for a full-throated rebound of the IPO market this year, but they’ve gotten only a fraction of that so far.
