Roblox has developed a unique business, and we don't see any peers with a similar offering from both the user and creator sides of its product. That said, the ability to sufficiently monetize customers remains a work in progress, and there is plenty of free-to-play video game competition, even if competitors don't offer the menu and constant variety of games.
With about 125 million daily active users, a young demographic, and a platform that can easily integrate advertising, Roblox has room to exponentially expand its currently small advertising business.
Games on Roblox are not overly sophisticated, so it's quite conceivable that another free game or fad could take users' attention off the platform.
